What Type of Sugar Do We Use?
Most of our desserts are made with unrefined cane sugar that is often mixed with Turbinado sugar. Some desserts are made with coconut sugar or organic brown sugar, which is indicated in the dessert description.
What Type of Flour Do We Use?
Our desserts (excluding all Gluten Free items) are made with an unbleached wheat flour.
Do your Desserts have Soy?
Our cookies are soy free. Our cakes also have a soy free glaze option that you can select when ordering.
Do your Desserts contain nuts?
Our 14-Karat Cake cookies come with walnuts that we are glad to omit if requested.
How Fresh will my order be?
All desserts are made to order, so we bake on the same day we ship.
When will my order be processed?
We prepare and ship all orders 1 day after we receive the order. We ship Monday-Thursday to avoid orders sitting in the post office or warehouse over the weekend. We make Friday shipping exceptions for locations that only require 1 day transit time, ensuring Saturday delivery.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we do honor requests for 1 free sample per household. Samples can be requested via email (info@pipernilli.com)and will be honored only 2 times a year from January to October. Sample requests are limited to cookies, doughnuts and mini cakes only.
Can I pick up my order?
Starting July 15, 2017 we will offer the option to pick up your order on Mondays & Wednesdays only. This option will need to be confirmed 24 hours before you want to pick up the order.
What if I do not like my order?
Simply contact us immediately and send back the uneaten portions (for internal review) and we will refund your money.
Why do you use recyclable and compostable packaging?
We are committed to using packaging that can easily be reused instead of adding the massive amount of trash that cannot be recycled in landfills.
